1. Conditions of purchase:

All purchases made on www.festishop.es are subject to Spanish Law and the conditions set out below. This website is owned by www.festishop.es, with CIF (Spanish tax code) B12623807, domiciled at C/ Río Jarama, 27 – 12006 Castellón de la Plana (Spain), performing all communications via our email address info@festishop.es

2. Delivery methods:

3. Payment options:

Within a maximum period of 24 hours, FESTISHOP will send you an email confirming the purchase. This email will assign an order number and detail the specifications of the product, the price and the delivery costs.

You may pay for your orders by credit or debit card (online only), bank transfer or account deposit, or by Cash on Delivery

Please indicate your name and order number to identify your payment and indicate FESTISHOP as the payee. Your order will remain valid for 7 days. After this time, if the transfer corresponding to the order is not received, it will be cancelled.

WARNING: Please note that these payment methods DO NOT RESERVE STOCK for the requested goods until payment is received in the account.

The order will be valid from the moment we receive confirmation of the transfer from the bank.

Cash on Delivery:
If you choose this option bear in mind that you will incur an extra cost of 5% of the order total.
In this case a minimum order of 20 euros is required. Option only available in mainland Spain.

Credit card:
Pay directly on the website with Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and 4b (we collect the amount on the day of the order through the Banco de Valencia secure payment gateway). For security reasons we may request a photocopy of the credit card and the identity card of the customer before delivery. When your credit card details are entered on our website, they will be automatically encrypted and our secure payment gateway links directly to your bank to securely carry out the payment.

4. Delivery times:

Once payment for the order has been confirmed (or an order with Cash on Delivery has been made), the delivery time is 24-48 business hours for shipments in mainland Spain, assuming the selected items are in stock and an address where there will be a person to receive the delivery is provided.

Only orders made through our website before 12 o’clock noon (and with payment confirmed in the case of cards and transfers) will be delivered within 24 hours. Orders placed from 12 o’clock noon will be delivered within 48 hours.

In the case of payment by transfer, we advise you to send proof of payment to info@festishop.es in order to reduce delivery times.

Bear in mind the following points:
 - Do not make orders when time is very limited because incidents beyond our control may delay shipment.
 - It is important that you provide a delivery address where someone will be present throughout the day and a mobile telephone number so that we can contact you. The indicated shipping costs do not include the possibility of choosing a time slot for delivery and the order may be delivered at any time throughout the day.
 - No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

If any of the selected products are out of stock, you may receive your order in two shipments: an immediate delivery for the products in stock and another at a later time that will depend on the products requested. There will be NO CHARGE for this second delivery (Festishop assumes this cost), but the customer will charged the corresponding Cash on Delivery costs if this payment method has been selected.

Deliveries to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Melilla or outside of Spain may take from 2 to 4 weeks.

5. Returns:

We distinguish between voluntary returns (the item is not to your liking or does not meet your expectations) and those due to shipment of defective or damaged products; in these cases the product may also be exchanged.

FESTISHOP.ES must be informed of returns within a maximum of 7 days from receipt of the product via en email sent to info@festishop.es indicating:
 - The order number and the word RETURN in the subject.
 - The reason for the return.

Festishop will reply indicating a return code and the address that the product must be sent to.

We are not responsible for returns that a customer makes using a carrier not associated with our company. We recommend using trusted companies.

Once the necessary checks have been carried out, the cost of the items will be refunded, provided that the items are in perfect condition and in the original packaging, and they are accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.
The refund will be carried out using the same payment method that was used to pay for the order, whether bank transfer or credit card. Orders placed with the Cash on Delivery option will be refunded by bank transfer. We will request an account number in order to proceed with the refund.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

The following items are not eligible for exchange or return
 - Perishable products (e.g. sweets)
 - Wigs

Festishop takes its customer relationships very seriously and we try to respond to all emails within 24 hours. We strive to offer the best possible service every day, but nobody is perfect and setbacks may occasionally occur. Our customer services will be delighted to offer you the most appropriate solution.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

Agreements between Festishop and the customer will be governed by Spanish Law and all disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.

7. Privacy policy:

The personal data supplied by USERS through the forms they fill out will be processed automatically and added by Festishop S.L. to files in its possession that will undergo the security measures required by the legislation in force in order to guarantee their confidentiality.

The personal data will be used exclusively for the purposes stated in the data collection form. This data will not be passed on to third parties and will be handled with due confidentiality.

Customers and users of www.festishop.es may at any time exercise their rights to access, rectify, cancel and oppose in relation to their personal data by communicating this by email to info@festishop.es, indicating the name and surname, user name and email address used for registration.

Cookies are required for the use of our website. Cookies are used to analyse information about how visitors use the website. If you wish you may configure your browser to notify you on-screen when cookies are received and block the installation of cookies on your hard disk.
